once upon a time i bought a camera, and my roommate consented to be my practice dummy. so i took lots and lots of photos of her. then i promised her i'd take pictures at her wedding, even though i dont shoot weddings. then i had a baby, then got my gallbladder out the week of her wedding. photos a no go, and i felt lame. so we took bridals instead. enter a bazillion photos for kerissa.

on a warmer winter day

warmer, by definition in this particular january, means above 16 degrees. but these women are brave, and all ten of their fingers survived the exposure. can you guess which of them is the teacher, which the statistician, and which the artist/singer? first off, bethanie is standing on a frozen river in each of these first three photos. pretty fantastic adventure.
